Hi, I am Monisha Kaur, the founder and Pastry Chef of La Soirée. It's been my dream to create a place where people can enjoy fresh, handcrafted treats.

With over 12 years of experience in the culinary world, including stints at prestigious establishments like Shangri-La Hotels, The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott Hotels, and Accor Hotels, I have developed a deep knowledge of baking, from traditional techniques to innovative flavors. My passion for excellence was recognized when I received the IFCA Award.

At La Soirée, we focus on using high-quality, chemical-free, and preservative-free ingredients to craft each product with love and care. From special occasion cakes to simple tea cakes, my goal is to create joy, one bite at a time.
